Materials
- Worsted weight yarn, approx. 150 yards,
- 9 mm crochet hook (US M or N),
- yarn needle

Gauge: 2 sc long by 2 rows high = 1 sq. Inch.

Size: Teen and adult size instructions given.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

FINGERLESS GLOVES: 

Karmel Fingerless Gloves & Legwarmers - Free Crochet Patterns


Work with 2 strands of worsted weight yarn.

1. Chain 22, single crochet in the 2nd stitch from the hook, and each stitch of the chain.

2. Chain 1 and turn, working in the back side of the stitch only, single crochet in each stitch across the row.

3. Repeat step 2 until the work is large enough to wrap around the largest part of the arm.

( Examples: 12-16 yrs: 7 inches; Adult small: 8 inches; Adult large: 9 - 10 inches)

4. Fasten off with a long yarn end, fold the work in half, and sew the side seam, remembering to leave an opening for the thumb.

LEGWARMERS

Follow instructions for fingerless gloves, except continue adding rows until the work is long enough to wrap around the leg. (Examples: Child: age 5 - 12: 12 inches; Adult small: 13 inches;
Adult Medium: 14 inches; Adult Large: 14 - 18 inches)

MULTICOLOR FLOWER: 

Chain 6, slip stitch to join and form a ring.
Chain 1, make 12 single crochet in the ring, slip stitch to join in the top of the 1st single crochet.

*Chain 6, single crochet in the next stitch, repeat from* around, slip stitch to join.
Fasten off, tie the yarn ends into a knot on the back of the flower, use the longest yarn end for sewing the flower onto the project.



WRIST CORD:
Work with 1 or 2 strands.
Chain a cord of 70 - 100 stitches, weave through stitches at the wrist, (in 2 or 3 positions to hold the cord in place), pass the 2 ends of the cord through the center of the flower, and tie at the wrist.
Tie knots in the ends of the cords.

BUTTON DISCS:

Chain 5, slip stitch to join and form a ring.
Chain 2, make 13 double crochet in the ring, slip stitch to join in the top of the 1st double crochet, fasten off.
Sew onto the project, and sew buttons in the center.
