I have a fun new corner to corner square for you!
It’s the tropical Red-eyed Tree Frog! This c2c pattern is more on the easy side; there are not so many color changes and it works up pretty fast!

Crochet Hook provided by Furls Crochet. Some of the yarns used for this pattern were provided by Red Heart Yarns.
I really love those height contrasting, crazy red eyes. If you would want it less exotic, you can replace the red eyes with other colors: either yellow, greenish, orange, etc.

Red-eyed Tree Frog C2C Square
GAUGE: 6 C2C tiles = 10 x 10 cm (4 inches x 4 inches)
SIZE: the square is 25 tiles x 25 tiles and approx. measures approx. 15 inches X 15 inches (38 cm x 38 cm)
SUPPLIES :
- yarn: Red Heart Super Saver (yarn weight: Medium 4) in 6 colors:
- Real Teal for the background approx. 201.77 yds (184.5 m)
- Spring Green approx. 63.5 yds (69.44 m)
- Aran approx. 18.59 yds (17 m)
- Dusty Grey: approx. 12.57 yds (11.5 m)
- Black approx. 22.96 yds (21 m)
- Hot Red approx. 17.49 yds (15 m)
- 5.5 mm crochet hook (I have used Furls Wooden Hook, Cocobolo)
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
NOTES:
1. You will use the C2C with the hdc, working the square on the diagonal starting from bottom right corner to top left.
2. The even rows will be worked on the right side of work.
3. The uneven rows will be on the wrong side of work.
4. On the graphic you will read the even rows from top to bottom ↙ and the uneven rows from bottom to top ↗!

- t = Real Teal - this is the background color - if you like, you can replace it with any contrasting color of your choice
