New C2C Wildlife Graphghan Crochet-along with new C2C Animal Blocks comming

After a long break from my pixel animal designs I have decided it's time to have some fun again creating new ones!

I hope you`ll share my excitement and start a new crochet-along with me!
No worries if you don't have time right now! You can start anytime at your own pace! The patterns remain free on the blog!

Beautiful corner to corner, c2c crochet animals

You can make any of the existing animal blocks on the Wildlife Graphghan CAL Page... and there are many! 29 animal blocks and more to come!
All animal blocks are available as free written instructions and graphs!

You can use my animal graphs also for knit projects, ironing/perler beads, cross stitch and more!

The C2C Crochet Animal Blocks are all the same size, approx. 16 inches X 16 inches (40 cm x 40 cm), so you can mix and match them the way you like!
You can even sort them by region/ continent and make your own themed blanket, for example an African, Asian, Australian, American or even a Polar Animal Blanket.
Or sort them as forest animals, jungle animals, savanna animals, safari animals and so on... You get the picture! :)

This crochet-along will include not only new animal blocks, but a new fun technique to join the blocks!

I'm working on new video tutorials as well! I will show you everything you need to know to succesfully make your graphghan corner to corner (c2c) projects:

  1. How to read a c2c graph
  2. How to crochet the C2C stitch with the half double crochet (hdc) also called the Mini C2C Stitch (I like using the hdc c2c stitch because, unlike the dc, it creates no holes and the images are more crisp!)
  3. How to crochet the c2c increase rows and c2c decrease rows
  4. How to perfectly change colors
  5. How to sew in the ends and cover the small imperfections, the interrupted lines (that are perfectly normal for the c2c stitch)
